Regular Registration forms and fees must be postmarked by Friday, April 30, 2010. NPHC will not be responsible for remittances postmarked after this date. You may register online at www.nphchq.org until Friday, May 5, 2010. If you have difficulty with online registration prior to May 5, 2010, print out the error page (s), keep them for your records, and contact NPHC Headquarters.
Completing Registration Forms
Please complete forms in their entirety to help us better, and more efficiently, serve you. Be sure to type or print legibly all requested information. An e-mail address must be included. Check the appropriate registration category. Incomplete/incorrect registrations will not be processed and will be returned.
Payment
DO NOT SEND CASH. Registration payment may be made by money order, certified check or college/university issued check. Personal and council checks will not be accepted. For two or more persons, please submit one form of payment per council, with both council and individual registration forms enclosed. Make college/university issued checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks payable to
National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. or NPHC, Inc., and mail to NPHC Headquarters, c/o 65th Convention Registration, 3951 Snapfinger Parkway, Suite 218, Decatur, GA 30035. Registration will be confirmed by US mail and/or electronic mail by Monday, May 9, 2010.
Disclaimer & Refund Policy
There is NO ONSITE Registration for this conference.
Registration fees, paid in advance, are refundable upon receipt of written notification of cancellation to NPHC National Headquarters and a legitimately approved reason for cancellation (see Refund Schedule below). The request should be in the form of a letter, or electronic message, stating the reason for cancellation with verification signatures of the council president and advisor, if applicable. All contact information of the petitioner and advisor (if applicable) should be included.
Refund Schedule: Requests postmarked on or before April 1, 2010 will be charged a 50% cancellation fee; requests after Friday, April 10, 2010 will be charged a 75% cancellation fee. Requests postmarked after April 30, 2010 will not be honored. Tickets for subscription events are not refundable. Refund checks will be issued approximately 120 days after conference.
